Sean George and Richard Roche Join in Investment Grade Corporate Bond Trading
NEW YORK, June 1, 2011 – Jefferies today announced the appointment of Sean George and Richard Roche as Managing Directors and senior traders in the firm’s Investment Grade Corporate Bond business. They are both based in New York.

Jefferies' fixed income business has nearly 525 professionals globally who are focused on the sales and trading of investment grade corporate bonds, high yield bonds, U.S. and European government and agency securities, municipal bonds, repo finance, mortgage- and asset-backed securities, whole loans, leveraged loans, distressed securities and emerging markets debt.
Mr. George joins Jefferies from Deutsche Bank, where he spent two years and was a Managing Director and Head of Investment Grade Credit Default Swap and Credit Electronic Trading. Previously, he was Global Co-Head of Credit Default Swap trading at Bank of America. He received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
Mr. Roche joins Jefferies from Morgan Stanley, where he spent nine years and was most recently a Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment Grade Corporate Bond Trading. He received a BS from Syracuse University.
