Key Highlights

Jefferies’ LinkedIn and Instagram regularly feature DE&I-related posts celebrating both internal and client cultural events, spotlighting employees and promoting recruiting initiatives. We invite you to follow us on social media to stay abreast of our community engagement and cultural highlights.

JASIA Annual AANPI Heritage Month Event

Since launching in May 2021, JASIA has hosted 50+ impactful firmwide and client-partner events globally and raised over $600,000 in NYC alone, including proudly funding the first and only NYC Chinatown’s Small Business Innovation lab, which has quickly become a key cultural and business gathering point and will be available for generations to come.

In 2024, we are partnering with TAAF (The Asian American Foundation) to celebrate and honor Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month and invite you to donate to help NYC’s local Asian community through Welcome to Chinatown and TAAF’s New York grantee partners. To learn more, click here
