Community Engagement
As a global organization, we foster inclusion and belonging within Jefferies, in the marketplace and in our communities. Our primary vehicles for community engagement are our Employee Resource Groups and inclusion-focused charitable organizations.
Employee Resource Groups
Our eight Employee Resource Groups were founded on the core pillars of recruiting, retaining and empowering diverse employees, and promoting community outreach and engagement. Participation in each group is open to all of our employees globally.

| jMosaic+ | Dedicated to fostering an inclusive and open environment for the LGBTQ+ community and their allies. |
| NextGen | Jefferies NextGen Advisory Council serves as a voice for the analyst and associate communities—helping to educate, retain, and elevate emerging firm leaders. |
| J-NOBLE | Jefferies Network of Black and Latino Employees fosters an inclusive, diverse and equitable working environment with a focus on Black and Latino employee-partners. |
