Tim Sullivan and Harold DeRolph, CFA Join in Corporate Bond Trading
NEW YORK, June 9, 2011 – Jefferies today announced the appointment of Tim Sullivan and Harold DeRolph, CFA as Managing Directors in the firm’s Investment Grade Corporate Bond business. They are both based in New York.

Jefferies' fixed income business has nearly 525 professionals globally who are focused on the sales and trading of investment grade corporate bonds, high yield bonds, U.S. and European government and agency securities, municipal bonds, repo finance, mortgage- and asset-backed securities, whole loans, leveraged loans, distressed securities and emerging markets debt.
Mr. Sullivan has nearly 17 years of industry experience and joins Jefferies from UBS, where he was a Managing Director in Credit Trading. Previously, he spent nearly six years at Credit Suisse and, prior to that, 10 years at Merrill Lynch. He received a BS from Cornell University.
Mr. DeRolph has nearly 25 years of industry experience and joins Jefferies from Citadel Securities, where he was a Portfolio Manager for distressed credit and event-driven equities. Previously, he held a similar role at Deutsche Bank, and prior to that he spent eleven years at Merrill Lynch. He received a BA, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
