Our clients have full access to the global resources of the Firm, including our asset management products, our powerful equity trading platform, and our award winning research. For our corporate clients and business owners, we serve as a liaison to our Investment Banking division to introduce the Firm's capabilities in that area. We also provide access to sophisticated third party products including structured notes, separately managed accounts with outside money managers, and funds of hedge funds.

Through Jefferies Investment Advisers, LLC, we also provide investment advisory services, with a focus on asset allocation and manager selection, as well as continual monitoring and rebalancing as appropriate. We work closely with our clients' other advisers, including attorneys and accountants, to ensure an integrated wealth management solution.

In conjunction with our dedicated Corporate & Venture Services Group, our Corporate & Executive Services professionals work with companies and their senior executives, delivering cash management services, providing solutions for clients with concentrated restricted stock positions, and handling stock option plans and directed share programs. Our Venture Services team works with funds and their limited partners providing services ranging from guidance on exit strategies, to block trades and distributions while delivering superior execution and an unparalleled level of service.
