What We Are Known For

  • Comprehensive Infrastructure coverage. Our coverage spans across 17 Construction, Road, Rail, Airport, Port, and TowerCo players, allowing for a comprehensive perspective on European Infrastructure, as well as top-down thematic views in collaboration with the Building Materials/UK House Builder team. Our Jefferies coverage is global, where we work closely with colleagues in other regions to provide insights on trends across markets via research reports and expert events.
  • Initiations and rating changes. In 2025, we built out our infrastructure coverage further, initiating on Flughafen Zurich (Jan), Getlink (Oct), and PORR (Oct). In Oct-25, we also turned more positive on Skanska, upgrading to BUY ahead of their CMD and while the market remained sceptical on Commercial Property. Combining bottom-up analysis, with a top-down macro and regulatory overlay, we look to provide investors with actionable insights on meaningful catalysts over a 12M horizon.
  • Expert events and investor access. We launched our inaugural Jefferies Infrastructure Summit in May, featuring 10 leading players including Vinci, Eiffage, Ferrovial, and ACS. We also hosted several of these players in our US Industrials Conference (September), Structural Winners Virtual C-Suite Series (June), and European Mid Cap Conference (March). Beyond this, we have organized management roadshows for Vinci and IHS, and hosted expert calls on key topics such as North American Managed Lanes, US Data Center Contracting, and European/African TowerCos.
