Matt Kennedy serves as Managing Director and Financial Advisor at Jefferies, a leading full-service investment banking and capital markets firm. In this role, he provides investment insights and advice to a global clientele, with a particular focus on fixed income markets – emerging markets, investment grade, and high yield. Matt works with private, governmental, and institutional clients across the Caribbean, Central America, and North and South America. Over his nearly two-decade career, Matt has built a reputation for taking a client-first approach, and successfully navigating both global and local markets on behalf of the region’s most discerning investors. Prior to his tenure at Jefferies, Matt was an Associate Director at Oppenheimer & Co with a focus on Emerging Market credits. He holds his bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston.
