Leveraged Credit

Jefferies Leveraged Credit is a recognized leader in leveraged loans and high yield finance, with a team of professionals offering integrated sales, trading, capital markets and strategy capabilities, in the U.S., Europe and Asia. This depth of talent, extensive investor relationships and integrated approach helps distinguish the Jefferies brand. In the primary market, Jefferies is a recognized leader in the issuance of levered loans and high yield bonds and offers structured finance transactions and bank and bridge loans. In the secondary market, the team has extensive capabilities in the trading of high yield bonds, levered loans, distressed and special situations, mezzanine, HY preferred stock, trade claims and equity of companies exiting bankruptcy.
