The Emerging Markets Group is responsible for sovereign and corporate fixed income markets in Latin America, Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia. The Firm's capabilities include making secondary markets in both international and local issues, capital markets origination, structured products and financing.

The team is comprised of 25 senior dedicated professionals globally, with trading centers in New York and London. Trading is comprised of seven senior traders who have over one hundred years of combined experience in the international capital markets. Sales has one of the largest distribution groups in the emerging markets, covering a broad range of institutional investors. The result is unparalleled access to trading flows and liquidity, with Jefferies Emerging Markets ranked third globally in customer trade flow.*

Corporate bond trading represents a significant percentage of our business with strategic opportunities in Brazil, Mexico, Russia and the Far East.
