FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION Mr. Mitchell will be responsible for expanding the Firm's equity capital markets effort in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, including origination, execution and syndication of equity and equity-linked securities. His efforts will complement the efforts of Firm's established US-based equity capital markets team, led by Timothy E. Monfort. Prior to his role as Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets Structured Solutions at Citigroup, Mr. Mitchell was based in Hong Kong as Regional Head for Asia Pacific of Equity-linked Capital Markets for that firm. Previously, Mr. Mitchell worked for ING Barings covering the Asian markets and Baring Brothers & Co in London.
