Charles Cameron Joins Leading Technology Investment Banking Group in London
LONDON & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 21, 2005--Jefferies International Ltd., a subsidiary of US-based Jefferies Group, Inc. (NYSE: JEF - News), today announced the appointment of Charles Cameron as a Managing Director in the Jefferies Broadview technology investment banking group. Mr. Cameron will be based in the firm's London office, and will be a senior member of the European technology corporate advisory practice.

Mr. Cameron joins one of the largest investment banking teams dedicated to the technology sector, with a 30-year track record of serving many of the world's most dynamic and innovative technology companies. Jefferies Broadview consists of approximately 90 bankers operating in the U.S., Europe and Asia, and is a key constituent of the nearly 350 professionals that make up Jefferies' worldwide investment banking practice.
Mr. Cameron has nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance and specializes in working with technology companies. Prior to joining Jefferies, Mr. Cameron worked as Chief Executive of InTechnology plc (London Stock Exchange: AIM - News), where from 2002 he was responsible for stabilising the business, restoring growth through organic initiatives and acquisitions. Previously, he worked as an Executive Director of investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where he shared responsibility for developing Goldman Sachs' technology franchise in Europe. Mr. Cameron began his career at Morgan Stanley and then worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.
