Previously, he was Managing Director and head of the Energy Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He has held investment banking positions at S.G. Warburg, Lehman Brothers, and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Eads graduated with high honors from Duke University and serves on the Board of their Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy. Mr. Eads is also a trustee of St. George's School and the Houston Grand Opera. He is chairman of Expectation Graduation, a program started by Houston Mayor Bill White, to keep children in school.

Mr. Randall is a former Board Member of Esenjay Exploration, Inc. (NASDAQ), the Foundation for the Arts and Community Enrichment, and a past Chairman of the Petroleum Engineering Visiting Committee at UT. He is currently a member of the UT Chancellor's Council, IPAA, SPE, and API. Mr. Randall received a BS and MS in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
